Official Bio

Chantale C. Nyonka, RN, BSN, is the founder of Path to Overcoming™ and creator of The Journey to Authenticity Method™ — a five-pillar framework that helps individuals and organizations move beyond survival-driven patterns toward authentic living and leadership.

A registered nurse and healthcare leader, Chantale advanced through the profession from Certified Nursing Assistant to Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, and ultimately Director of Nursing, with experience across hospitals, correctional settings, private care, and long-term care. These roles gave her firsthand insight into the pressures people carry while caring for others and leading under demand.

An immigrant from Cameroon, Chantale’s own journey through adversity, grief, cultural transition, and healing became the foundation for her work. She is the author of the award-winning memoir On My Way Back to Yesterday: A Journey to Authenticity, winner of the International Impact Book Awards and a Literary Global Book Awards finalist.

Through coaching, speaking, workshops, and organizational partnerships, Chantale creates spaces for honest reflection, emotional growth, and authentic transformation. Her work has been featured on CBS Global Thought Leaders TV and HC Media.
